What are good colleges that have fashion programs?

I’m interested in fashion and eventually want to have my own line and open up my own boutique, but I don’t want to go to fashion school. My parents won’t pay for it and I want the traditional college experience.

Are there any GOOD (big emphasis on that because academically I’m doing pretty well) colleges/universities that have fashion majors and programs?
