I’m about to go to college in the fall and major in communications at MSU, a largely accredited University. All my life I’ve wanted to be involed in fashion whether it be writing editorials or being a buyer. Will not majoring in some type of fashion merchadising/journalism/communications degree hinder my chances of getting a fashion orientated job? Or will I be A-OK with a great degree from a major university, not focused around fashion?

What are good colleges that have fashion programs?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m interested in fashion and eventually want to have my own line and open up my own boutique, but I don’t want to go to fashion school. My parents won’t pay for it and I want the traditional college experience.
Are there any GOOD (big emphasis on that because academically I’m doing pretty well) colleges/universities that have fashion majors and programs?

What is the best fashion and design school in London?
Posted by: | CommentsI am looking at studying fashion design, but not sure which school I should go in London. I have heard of Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design and Istituto Marangoni. I just want to know which school will give me the best employment prospect, so I need the school that I go to, to not only give me a good education and training but also the good industry contacts and networking opportunity so that I have a better chance of getting a job at a big fashion house after I graduate. Thank you.
